Temporary extension of the increased partial activity allowance rate
Decree n° 2022-77 of 28 January 2022 on the determination of the partial activity indemnity rate was published on the 1st February 2022.
In application of this decree, the increased partial activity allowance rate for certain sectors of activity has been extended until 28 February 2022.
Thus, the rate of 70% (instead of 36%) of the indemnity paid by employers to employees in partial activity is maintained for companies:
- Whose main activity involves receiving the public and has been interrupted by administrative decision to limit the covid-19 epidemic;
- Located in a territory subject to specific health restrictions on activity or the movement of people and which are experiencing a sharp drop in turnover;
- Which fall within the "protected" sectors and which continue to suffer a sharp decline in turnover.
Decree n° 2022-78 of 28 January 2022 relating to the determination of the partial activity allowance rate published in the Journal Officiel of the same day extends until 28 February 2022 the increased rate of 70% of the partial activity allowance paid to the employer by the Agence de Services et de Paiement.
